I arrived at 7:00 a.m. Appointment was at 7:30 a.m. this was my first time at the Hartford Superstore. I was unsure of exactly where to go! Asked a few people they just assumed I knew what to do! Then I met Bo! He guided me on exactly what to do. I normally would get my service done in Bristol at Stevens Toyota but unfortunately they closed down. Bo was fabulous! Explained everything in detail showed me where to sit. Showed me what conveniences they had in the waiting room. They diagnosed my vehicle around 9:00 a.m. all brakes and resurface rotors . they suggested a few recommendations as well. My brakes feel much better! It took much longer than I expected though! I didn't leave until 12:40 p.m. people came and went and I was still there! Bo apologized for the wait.
